I’m a PhD candidate in Philosophy at the University of Notre Dame.
Before Notre Dame, I studied in Ghana (BA Philosophy – Spiritan University College) and the UK (MA Philosophy – University of Sheffield), and I’ve worked across journalism, NGO advocacy, and policy research. I believe philosophy should matter beyond seminar rooms — that rigorous thinking about justice must eventually touch ground.
When I’m not writing about climate debt or reading Kwame Gyekye, you’ll find me mentoring students from underrepresented backgrounds, working with communities navigating the sharp edge of environmental change, biking, or watching documentary films.

Research Interests
Climate Justice
Examining the moral dimensions of climate change, with particular attention to questions of debt, responsibility, and reparative justice in the context of global environmental crisis.
African Philosophy
Engaging with African and Africana philosophical traditions, exploring how they illuminate contemporary questions of justice, community, and human flourishing.
Political Philosophy
Investigating fundamental questions about justice, obligation, and the proper structure of political communities, particularly in contexts marked by historical injustice.
